  • Executive Steering Committee Recharge Discussion and Survey (Goldsmith/Hammerstrom) Executive One of those deltas that became apparent during a discussion at our August 24, 2023, ESC meeting is the need to downsize the ESC.  The 29-member board is too large.  Understandably, ESC member conflicting schedules and institutional leadership demands make it difficult to be in multiple places at once.  However, lack of attendance has resulted in a loss of representative leadership and regional participation, as well as it has been disruptive to conducting Collaborative business.

o Commitment of an ESC member (leadership, participation, communication)- messaged shared on the importance of participation and use of proxies.

o Vision Statementmessaged shared that the this will need to be updated
