Opening: Meeting called to order by Chair C. Goldsmith at 3:08pm.

Approval of October 25, 2023, Meeting Minutes: Motion made by A. Reyna (Madera CC). Second by M. Snell (CTFF). Motion carried.
ESC Restructuring: Ad Hoc Committee met and reviewed four suggested scenarios and recommendations and narrowed them down to two recommendations to present to the board:
Other ad hoc committee recommendations included having only 4-6 board meetings per year.
Motion made by K. Davis to move forward with the Draft B scenario with designated proxies with Sanger and Central USD being proxies for one another, Madera CC a proxy for Reedley College, and the modification that the business partner slot be designated for EECU. Second by J. Buckley (Reedley). Motion carried. The new executive steering committee effective immediately will be:

OPSC Site Visit: The OPSC site visit is scheduled for February 26-27, 2023 at Fresno State (Smittcamp Alumni House – Board/Whitten Room) and will have a single pathway focus (Health). Questions and guidelines were sent ahead of the visit. There are four institutions required to participate, per the grant (Fresno State, Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, UC Merced, and SCCCD).
Executive Director Report:
- ESC Retreat is happening on February 9, 2024 from 9am-3pm at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. All ESC members and proxies are encouraged to attend.
- Marketing RFP submission has been extended to January 5, 2024.
- February 22, 2024 meeting is canceled.
